Welcome to AsiaFIN Holdings Corp (ASFH:OTCQB), a USA publicly listed leading fintech company in the payment industry, targeting market expansion through strategic alliances and partnerships in Asia, (excluding China and India) With a focus on providing innovative financial processing solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as AI, we aim to transform payments and regulatory compliance reporting in the financial industry with automation processing, using our innovative Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, across our markets.

Our RPA tools have many non-financial services clients in a broad range of industries including Legal, Proptech, Healthtech and Logistics. We are planning expansion into new westward looking markets and will be launching a new segment, ESG data provision, through our business TellUS Report.

We are a long standing company where growth has been driven both organically and through a series of highly successful acquisitions. We are now entering a brand new growth phase. We started our business by researching sectors and providing consulting services to establish our own competitive strengths and to design and innovate products that would deliver long term success for us and our customers.

KC started his career in the Financial IT industry as an electronic engineer in Sime Darby Systems Sdn Bhd where, over time, he was promoted to General Manager in AIMS Sdn Bhd. KC has over 40 years of experience in the financial IT industry. In 2000 KC founded the Insite MY Group of Companies (InsiteMY). Today, InsiteMY has more than 100 staff and many financial institutions customers including central banks and corporates across approximately 20 industrial verticals across 8 countries.

Mr. Shibu Chacko Jacob Vadeketh is a seasoned executive with extensive senior management, entrepreneurship, and government relations experience across the United States, Asia, Australia, and Europe. With over 30 years of senior-level expertise in strategic planning, income statement management, mergers and acquisitions, and business technology, he is a successful proven leader of hardware and software consulting firms.

Angel joined InsiteMY as Finance officer in 2019 and is currently serving as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of InsiteMY and Finance Manager of AsiaFIN Holdings Corp, where she drives and delivers financial strategy and makes key resources allocations. With a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.) from University Kebangsaan Malaysia, Angel has significant and effective experience as a business support specialist. Angel began her career as an auditor.

Thim has over 24 years of experience in the IT industry and plays an integral role in the company’s growth and success. Currently CEO of InsiteMY and OrangeFIN Asia, his experience includes four years as Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and five years as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO).

DATUK EDDIE RAZAK (Eddie)

Eddie is CEO of TellUS Report, he has extensive experience in crafting strategies for environmental sustainability and social impact initiatives. Eddie has public company board, corporate advisory and finance director experience and has worked at multinational corporations Shell Malaysia and Lucent Technologies in senior roles. His sectorial experience includes manufacturing, property, hospitality, telecommunications and oil and gas. Eddie was also the first CEO of Malaysian Investor Relations Association (MIRA), established by Bursa Malaysia stock exchange and Securities Commission Malaysia. More recently he consulted to the Saudi Arabian Ministry for Human Resources and Social Development.

Eddie holds Bachelor of Science degrees, in Finance and in Management Science & Statistics, from the University of Maryland, USA and a Master degree in Public Management from the National University of Singapore Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and Harvard University John F Kennedy School of Government.

Mr Wong Kai Cheong (KC) started his career in the Financial IT industry as an electronic engineer in Sime Darby Systems Sdn Bhd becoming General Manager in AIMS Sdn Bhd during the course of his career. After gaining 40 years of experience in IT, he started the Insite MY Group of Companies (InsiteMY) in the year 2000. Today, InsiteMY has more than 100 staff with more than 90 financial institution and over 100 corporate customers across eight countries.

KC and his team at InsiteMY have established themselves initially as a reliable solution partner to the banking industry for payments, reporting, risk management and compliance in Malaysia. All products developed in-house at InsiteMY are under the purview of the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) as local home-grown IT products.

In 2018, KC co-founded a new R&D company, OrangeFIN Asia Sdn Bhd, focusing on Robotics Process Automation (RPA). These AI software robots assist humans by performing repetitive, mundane and tedious computer desktop and mobile phone based tasks. OrangeFIN aims to put a software robot in every organisation throughout Asia.

In 2023, KC consolidated the InsiteMY and OrangeFIN group of companies and subsequently merged them into the public listed company, AsiaFIN Holdings Corp (ASFH:OTCQB), which is currently listed on the OTC QB Venture Market in the United States. KC Wong currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) of the AsiaFIN Holdings group of companies.

Dato’ Dr. Sean Seah Kok Wah (Dato’ Dr. SEAH), a Malaysian national, serves as the Executive Director of AsiaFIN Holdings Corp. (ASFH:OTCQB). Dr. Seah brings extensive growth company experience to the board. He made a notable contribution to AsiaFIN becoming a public listed company.

He began his tech-career in Silicon Valley as a software developer for Software Publishing Corporation and Netscape Communications Corporation. He returned to Malaysia in 1997, recruited by Sun Microsystems to provide technical-consultancy to Malaysia MSC flagship projects.

Dr. Seah has co-founded and floated several tech companies; including Epicenter Holdings Ltd (SGX:5MQ) in Singapore, Galasys PLC (LSE:GLS) in the United Kingdom and Angkasa-X Holdings Corp. in the U.S. He is currently Executive Chairman of Angkasa-X Holdings Corp..

Dr. Seah holds several Chairman and committee positions. He is Chairman of The World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA), a global consortium of tech-industry association-members from over 80 countries. He is Chairman of SpaceTech Malaysia Association (SPA), the Vice-President of Malaysia Space Industry Corporation (MASIC), and a Committee Member of the 88-Captains Penang Welfare Society, a charitable NGO founded for sustaining talent development. Dr Seah was formerly Chairman of the National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM)

Dr. Seah graduated from California State University, Chico, USA in 1994.

Dr. Ramesh is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 25 years of experience. He is a CA of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a chartered member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, as well as a Certified Financial Planner.

Dr. Ramesh has accounting, auditing and risk management experience ranging from MNCs, large public listed companies, government agencies and SMEs in a wide spectrum of industries including agriculture, property development, manufacturing, trading, IT, shipping and retailing. He started his career at Arthur Andersen, he subsequently moved to BDO.

His corporate finance experience includes Southern Investment Bank Berhad. He has hands-on experience of due diligence, IPOs, bonds issuance, corporate & debt restructuring and investigative audit.

His audit experience includes Internal & Statutory Auditing, Public Sector/Government Audits, Value-for-Money Audits, ISQM 1, Risk Management & Internal Controls, Review and Assurance Engagements including Financial Due Diligence, Forecasts & Projections, Forensic & Fraud Accounting/Auditing, as well as the practical application of International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), public sector accounting standards (IPSAS/MPSAS) including reporting standards for SMEs (MPERS/PERS).

He has facilitated training and provided advisory for public accountants across Asia Pacific, multinationals and public sector institutions. Dr. Ramesh is a certified trainer by the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF), Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia.

Dr. Ramesh graduated from National University of Malaysia with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. In 2012 he earned an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, graduating with distinction. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from University of Malaya.

Mr. Shibu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in executive management, entrepreneurship, and government relations across the United States, Asia, Australia, and Europe. With over 30 years of senior-level expertise in strategic planning, income statement (P&L) management, M&A, and business technology, he has successfully led hardware and software consulting firms and managed software development projects.

Currently a Technology Fellow at Asia School of Business in Collaboration with MIT Sloan, Mr. Shibu focuses on fostering entrepreneurship through pre-incubator and accelerator programs for ASEAN startups. He co-founded Capital Path in 2017, a boutique advisory firm specializing in corporate strategy, M&A, and technology audits, and serves as Advisor & Country Coordinator for PFAN. Previously, he directed venture building initiatives at Taylors University and led strategic business development at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation.

Mr. Shibu holds an Executive Education (Competitive Business Leadership Program), Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering all from the University of Texas, Austin.

Angel, a Malaysian national, joined InsiteMY as Finance officer in 2014 and is currently serving as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of InsiteMY and Finance Manager of AsiaFIN Holdings Corp,

Angel has over 18 years’ experience as a specialist in business support. Angel spent 13 of her 18 years in management in IT software companies with headcounts of up to 300 people, making her a true SME expert with a hybrid skill set covering finance and human resources. She began her career as an auditor in KPMG.

Angel graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2002 with Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.).

Ng Kai Thim (Thim) is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Insite MY Systems Sdn Bhd (InsiteMY) and OrangeFIN Asia Sdn Bhd, key subsidiaries within Insite MY Holdings Sdn Bhd under AsiaFIN Holdings Corp. (ASFH:OTCQB). Thim has worked in the group companies for 20 years, originally starting in 2004 as a software engineer within the group.

As CEO, Thim leverages his extensive experience and strategic vision to drive innovation and ensure the continued success and expansion of both InsiteMY and OrangeFIN. His leadership shapes the direction of these companies, guiding them toward continued growth within the IT industry.

InsiteMY is renowned and trusted to deliver innovative IT solutions, particularly in software development for banking and financial institutions. OrangeFIN Asia specialises in Robotics Process Automation (RPA), via OrangeWorkforce.

Datuk Eddie Razak is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TellUS Report. He has previously served with 3 public-listed companies in the manufacturing, property and hospitality sectors, and with 2 major multinational companies in telecommunications and oil and gas.

From 2019 to 2022, Eddie led a consulting team in developing a strategy for a new social sector fund for the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development of Saudi Arabia. This effort aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The fund, known as the Associations Support Fund (www.asf.gov.sa), was officially established in January 2023 and has disbursed about SAR 800 million (about USD 200 million) to approximately 3,800 social sector organisations, to enhance workforce participation, economic contribution, and social impact.

Eddie is Executive Consultant for developing economically viable and investable strategies for environmental sustainability under the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture of Saudi Arabia. This initiative is a vital part of the Saudi & Middle East Green Initiatives (www.greeninitiatives.gov.sa), which aims to address climate change and promote a green economy.

Earlier in his career, he was in corporate finance and investor relations. He was the first CEO of Malaysian Investor Relations Association (MIRA), established by Bursa Malaysia stock exchange and Securities Commission Malaysia, to promote financial disclosure and corporate governance among public listed companies and the investment community in Malaysia.

Datuk Eddie Razak completed a Master in Public Management degree at the National University of Singapore Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and Harvard University John F Kennedy School of Government, as well as an attachment at the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office of the Singapore Prime Minister’s Office, under a Singapore government scholarship.
