Mr Wong Kai Cheong (KC) started his career in the Financial IT industry as a electronic engineer in Sime Darby Systems Sdn Bhd working up to the position of General Manager in AIMS Sdn Bhd. After having 15 years of experience, he started the Insite MY Group of Companies (InsiteMY) in the year 2000. Today, InsiteMY has more than 100 staff with 88 financial instituition customers covering 8 countries and having offices in Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia.

Cham Hui Yin, Angel joined InsiteMY as Chief Finance Officer
(CFO) in 2019 and is currently serving as the Finance Manager of AsiaFIN Holdings Corp. With a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.) from University Kebangsaan Malaysia, Angel has 
extensive experience as a specialist in business support and began her career as an auditor.

Today, InsiteMY has more than 100 staff with 88 financial instituition customers covering 8 countries and having offices in Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia.


Through him and his team, InsiteMY has established themselves as a reliable solution partner to the banking industry for payments, reporting, risk management and compliance in Malaysia. All products developed by InsiteMY are under the purview of the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) as local home-grown IT products.


In 2018, he co-founded another R&D company called OrangeFIN Asia Sdn Bhd, focusing on Robotics Process Automation (RPA). These AI software robots assist humans in performing repetitive, mundane and tedious task done on a computer or mobile phones. Now OrangeFIN aims to put a robot in every organisation in Malaysia and throughout Asia.


In 2023, the whole InsiteMY and OrangeFIN group of companies was consolidated and subsequently merged into the public listed company, AsiaFIN Holdings Corp, which is currently listed in the OTCQB Venture Markets in the United States. KC Wong currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the AsiaFIN Holdings group of companies.

Dato’ Dr. Sean SEAH Kok Wah (Dato’ Dr. SEAH), a Malaysian, serves as the Executive Director of AsiaFIN Holdings Corp. (OTC-QB: ASFH) and the Executive Chairman of Angkasa-X Holdings Corp..

Dato’ Dr. SEAH was graduated from California State University, Chico, USA in 1994. He began his tech-career in Silicon Valley as a software developer for Software Publishing Corporation and Netscape Communications Corporation. He returned to Malaysia in 1997, recruited by Sun Microsystems to provide technical-consultancy to Malaysia MSC flagship projects.

Dato’ Dr. SEAH started his entrepreneurship journey in 2001. In the past 2 decades, he has co-founded and floated several tech companies; including Epicenter Holdings Ltd (SGX:5MQ) in Singapore, Galasys PLC (LSE:GLS) in the United Kingdom, SEATech Ventures Corp. (OTC-PINK:SEAV), AsiaFIN Holdings Corp. (OTC-QB:ASFH) and Angkasa-X Holdings Corp. in the U.S.

Currently, Dato’ Dr. SEAH is the Chairman of The World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA), a leading global consortium of tech-industry association-members from over 80 countries / economies. He is also the Chairman of SpaceTech Malaysia Association (SPA), the Vice-President of Malaysia Space Industry Corporation (MASIC), the Immediate Past Chairman of the National Tech Association of Malaysia (PIKOM) and a Committee Member of the 88-Captains Penang Welfare Society, a charitable non-governmental organisation founded for the purpose of sustaining talent development.

Dr. Ramesh is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a chartered member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, as well as a Certified Financial Planner.

Dr. Ramesh has over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing and risk management ranging from large public listed companies to multinational corporations, government agencies as well as SME’s in a spectrum of industries including plantation, property development, manufacturing, trading, IT, shipping, retailing, etc. He started his career at Arthur Andersen, and subsequently moved to BDO. He also has experience in corporate finance with Southern Investment Bank Berhad.

Dr. Ramesh has hands-on experience on other corporate exercises such as due diligence, IPO’s, issuance of bonds, corporate & debt restructuring and investigative audit. His training and advisory experience includes topics on Internal & Statutory Auditing, Public Sector/Government Audits, Value-for-Money Audits, ISQM 1, Risk Management & Internal Controls, Review and Assurance Engagements such as Financial Due Diligence, Forecasts & Projections, Forensic & Fraud Accounting/Auditing, as well as practical application of International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), Reporting Standards for SMEs (MPERS/PERS) and public sector accounting standards (IPSAS/MPSAS). He has facilitated training and provided advisory for public accountants across Asia Pacific, multinationals and public sector institutions. Dr. Ramesh is a certified trainer by the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF), Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia.

Dr. Ramesh graduated from National University of Malaysia with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He earned an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, graduated with a distinction in 2012. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Phd) from University of Malaya.

Mr. Shibu is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in executive management, entrepreneurship, and government relations across the United States, Asia, Australia, and Europe. With over 30 years of senior-level expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, mergers and acquisitions, and business technology, he has successfully led hardware and software consulting firms and managed software development projects.

Currently a Technology Fellow at Asia School of Business in Collaboration with MIT Sloan, Mr. Shibu focuses on fostering entrepreneurship through pre-incubator and accelerator programs for ASEAN startups. He co-founded Capital Path in 2017, a boutique advisory firm specializing in corporate strategy, M&A, and technology audits, and serves as Advisor & Country Coordinator for PFAN. Previously, he directed venture building initiatives at Taylors University and led strategic business development at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation.

Mr. Shibu holds an Executive Education (Competitive Business Leadership Program), Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering all from the University of Texas, Austin.

Robin holds the position of CEO of InsiteMY Holdings. He has more than twenty-eight (28) years of software design, development, and management experience in the IT industry.

Robin is currently a member of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) Talent Expert Network (TEN). He is also a mentor for the MDEC’s Digital Counsellor Platform (DCP).

He graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Science Malaysia. He started his career as a Software Solution Specialist where he was involved in designing and developing order fulfillment systems. He then joined an international company as an ERP consultant. In 2000, he joined a new start-up, InsiteMY as a partner, and then move on to this current position as CEO of InsiteMY Holdings.

In 2018, he co-foundered and CEO of OrangeFIN Asia, an AI-powered RPA startup that develops its own software AI robots, OrangeFIN Asia has since been helping a number of large banks and many SMEs to automate their repetitive, mundane and laborious task.

InsiteMY is principally involved in the research, design and development of software for the banking industry. The Group’s key product i.e. INCHEQS, INGateway and INReport.

OrangeFIN is principally involved in research, design and development of software Robotic & AI-related Intellectual Property. The Group’s key RPA product i.e. OrangeWorkforce, OrangeAI, OrangeVision and OrangeBots.

Ng Kai Thim (Thim) is the Chief Executive Officer of Insite MY Systems Sdn Bhd (InsiteMY) and OrangeFIN Asia Sdn Bhd, key subsidiaries within Insite MY Holdings Sdn Bhd under AsiaFIN Holdings Corp. (ASFH).

InsiteMY is renowned for delivering innovative IT solutions, particularly in software development for banking and financial institutions, while OrangeFIN Asia specialises in RPA, namely OrangeWorkforce.

As CEO, Thim leverages his extensive experience and strategic vision to drive innovation and ensure the continued success and expansion of both InsiteMY and OrangeFIN. His leadership shapes the direction of these companies, guiding them toward continued progress in the IT industry.

Datuk Eddie Razak is Executive Consultant for developing economically viable and investable strategies for environmental sustainability under the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture of Saudi Arabia. This initiative is a vital part of the Saudi & Middle East Green Initiatives (www.greeninitiatives.gov.sa), which aims to address climate change and promote a green economy.

From 2019 to 2022, he led a consulting team in developing a strategy for a new social sector fund for the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development of Saudi Arabia. This effort aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The fund, known as the Associations Support Fund (www.asf.gov.sa), was officially established in January 2023 and has disbursed about SAR 800 million (about USD 200 million) to approximately 3,800 social sector organisations, to enhance workforce participation, economic contribution, and social impact.

Earlier in his career, he was in corporate finance and investor relations. He was the first CEO of Malaysian Investor Relations Association (MIRA), established by Bursa Malaysia stock exchange and Securities Commission Malaysia, to promote financial disclosure and corporate governance among public listed companies and the investment community in Malaysia.

He has served with 3 public-listed companies in the manufacturing, property and hospitality sectors, and with 2 major multinational companies in telecommunications and oil and gas.

Datuk Eddie Razak completed a Master in Public Management degree at the National University of Singapore Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and Harvard University John F Kennedy School of Government, as well as an attachment at the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office of the Singapore Prime Minister’s Office, under a Singapore government scholarship.

He has two Bachelor of Science degrees, in Finance and in Management Science & Statistics, from the University of Maryland in the United States. He also holds a Certificate in Investor Relations from the United Kingdom.

Cham Hui Yin (Angel Cham), a Malaysian, currently serves as the Finance Manager of AsiaFIN Holdings Corp..

Angel Cham graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2003 with a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.). She began her career as an auditor in KPMG Malaysia.

In 2004, Angel Cham joined Actis Capital LLP, a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, during the splitting of Actis from CDC Group plc. She served as Office Manager for the Malaysian Office.

In 2009, Angel Cham joined InsiteMY Group of Companies as Finance & Admin Manager and gradually move up to the position of Chief Financial Officer for the group.

In 2016, Angel Cham was hired by Nettium Sdn Bhd in Malaysia as the Director of Finance, Human Resources and Admin. Nettium Sdn. Bhd., is a software company providing online gaming platform with 250 headcounts.

She later was recruited by Juris Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a software house focusing on the financial industry, with 300 staff. She assumed the role of Director of Finance, Human Resources & Admin in 2018. During her tenure in Juris, she played a key role in the acquisition and the restructuring of iMoney Group.

In 2021, Angel Cham joined StarFIN Group, as the Chief Financial Officer.
